Geertje heeft verschillende Nederlandse titels en internationale podiumplaatsen behaald in het alpine skiën. Haar beste resultaten:
● 23 x Nederlands kampioen bij de Junioren/Senioren
● 14e slalom bij de Winter Universiade 2011 in Turkije
● 33 podiumplekken bij internationale FIS wedstrijden
● 11 keer een 1e plek bij internationale FIS wedstrijden
● 3e plek bij de Duitse Junioren kampioenschappen GS
● Seizoen 2007-2008: 23e bij de Indoor Europa Cup wedstrijd
● Seizoen 2007-2008: deelname aan eerste World Cup in Ofterschwang (Duitsland)

Momenteel is Geertje ook eigenaar van haar bedrijf G-Force waar ze werkt als trainer-coach voor wedstrijd skiërs. Met de ervaring en opleiding van Geertje werken skiërs aan skitechnische, tactische vaardigheden én mentale vaardigheden. Ook voor skitraining en clinics kun je bij Geertje terecht. Daarnaast is ze aangesloten bij Snowsports Academy Racing en is ze ski Trainer/Coach bij Snowsports Racing.

Geertje gebruikt komende winter de Blizzard Firebird WRC en de Tecnica Cochise 130 Dyn.
